Waverley is a resident in the Division of Plastic Surgery. She graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University in 2018 with a concentration in Neurobiology and secondary in Computer Science. During her undergraduate studies, she developed an interest in surgical and medical education. At the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Waverley continued her endeavors in academic surgery by undertaking clinical research in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and teaching surgical concepts and skills as a Halsted Preceptor for the Surgery Clerkship. Alongside her educational track record, Waverley has also held national volunteer leadership positions in the American Red Cross and advocated for diversity in healthcare as well as mental health in minority populations.
